Inspired by creamy hand-churned ice cream using an old drum made by her mother in the early 1980's, Fahmida drew an interest in creating her own hand crafted gelato for friends and family.

After experimenting with a few flavours, designs and garnishes- her love for the art of gelato expanded to creating a flavour palette that appealed to those around her- from those preferring simple flavours to the discerning taste bud.

From churning a few litres of gelato a week, the demand for her unique and customised Gelato grew immensely.

That is how Gelato Studio was created, based on the ethics of immense flavour, superb quality ingredients, perfect presentation and uniquely crafted gelato.

Gelato Studio is not your run of the mill home-made ice cream. It is authentic Italian-style churned gelato which gives customers a creamy and flavourful offering.

Each batch churned with the finest machines imported from Italy and hand moulded to perfection. You are spoilt for choice at Gelato Studio with an ever increasing range of at least 10 gelato flavours and three sorbet options to suite your palate. It ranges from deep milky flavours to light and refreshing fruit sorbets. The flavours of gelato available are :

Flavours are created using wholesome ingredients and the gelato custards are made free of any preservatives and additives to create a taste that explodes in your mouth.

At Gelato Studio nothing is standard. Each gelato offering is customised to a quantity and mould to suite your event need.

Our moulded gelato is ideal for an individually plated luxury dessert concept while our nifty gelato sticks work well in an informal and relaxed setting. You may choose what works for you.

For those who want to enjoy and serve our distinctly toothsome gelato in a unique way, a customised garnishing option is available- extending across a rich chocolate drizzle, chopped fresh fruit, unique spun sugar and bespoke printed chocolate buttons. Garnishing can be customised to suit your event and theme.

Gelato Studio presents the individually moulded gelato in a disposable dome of 12 while the gelato sticks are available in boxes of 21. Specialised individual packaging is available on request.
